Delivery / Self-Pick Up
Here are the Terms and Conditions of Delivery/ Self-Pick Up. Kindly read it before place your orders.

* All the cakes come in a window box. Kindly check the condition of the cake upon arrival. Once the cake is handed over, it is not under our responsibility anymore.
*Delivery distance coverage up to 65 KM only.

DELIVERY
1.
We provide in-house delivery for RM0.90 per km. The rate is including handling fee, gas, tolls, time energy and skill for our runner. All goods will be delivered by car.
2.
All delivery must be made to a specific address. Strictly NO halfway meet up.
3.
For multi level buildings (apartments, condo, hotels, malls, etc), runner will only be waiting at the entrance or lobby.
4.
Delivery time is not fixed as we have a few locations, ETA is around 12:00 - 4:00PM.

SELF-PICK UP
1.
You may collect your cake at our place in Kota Seriemas, Nilai.
Address : 121, Jalan Laman Cempaka D/4, Kota Seriemas, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
2.
The collection time is from 12:00 - 6:00PM.
3.
If you wish to arrange your own third party runner, best to opt by car.
4.
We are not responsible for any damage occurred during transportation by self collection or third party runner.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY?
1.
Delivery will be made around 12:00 - 4:00PM, closer eta will be shared once runner has collected the cake from our place.
2.
PLEASE keep your phone as close as possible to make sure you are reachable via phone call anytime!
3.
Once arrived, runner will only be waiting MAX 10 minutes.
4.
Once the cake has been left/ handed, the condition of the cake is under your responsibility.
5.
If the receiver is reachable but fail to collect the cake, kindly let them know where to leave the cake.

If the receiver is unreachable and fail to collect the cake, it is fully runner's decision to either leave the cake at the porch or gate of the house/ guard house/ anywhere nearby the house.

If there is NO appropriate space to leave the cake, cake will be return to our kitchen and order is automatically cancelled with NO refund.
