Payment & Ordering
Here are the Terms and Conditions of Payment & Ordering. Kindly read it before place your orders.
PAYMENT
1.
Full payment is required to confirm your order.
2.
Available payment method is through:

CIMB online banking
-
PAYPAL
(with additional 10% total price of processing fee)
3.
No cash on delivery.
4.
No refund is applicable for any cancellation within 3 days before the date.
You may postpone your cake to other date instead. Once postponed, no refund is applicable to any changes at all.
ORDERING
1.
All the orders will be processed via WHATSAPP.
2.
Kindly send your order form in our template which consists of cake size, date, and full address for delivery quotation.
3.
All the cakes are freshly baked. We do not provide any readymade cake.
4.
Since we have limited production each day, kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance unless date is fully booked.
No urgent order.
5.
Design wise, you can either browse our cakes gallery OR send us your own reference from pinterest/google/other shop as long as they are buttercream designs.
